On this occasion, I want to share an English learning module. This module is devoted to culinary majors, but can also be used for other general majors.
This module is themed about Procedural Text, namely food recipes. The reason why I use the recipe for procedural text is that many students are still confused about making food recipes in English. The virtues of them are confused with the "generic structure and" tenses "used in making food recipes.
